Our varicose vein treatments includes:

Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy and Foam Sclerotherapy

Also called ultrasonic sclerotherapy. Your physician will use an ultrasound machine to map the veins in your lower limbs, before guiding a solution-filled needle directly into each target vein. The foam solution contracts and collapses the vein, forcing the blood to re-route through healthier veins. The closed vein is gradually re-absorbed by the body and will fade over time.

Radiofrequency Ablation

Your physician will make a small incision in the skin and direct radiofrequency energy through a thin tube inserted into the damaged vein. The heat destroys the tissue along the length of the vein and seals it off to prevent future blood flow. The vein collapses and is gradually re-absorbed by the body.

Microphlebectomy

Your physician will make a series of tiny incisions in the skin surrounding the damaged vein, before removing it entirely. A small piece of adhesive tape is used to close and heal the incisions, so stitches are not typically required.
